How to arrive

MapaWe are located at the south Hemisphere, in South America, in that portion of Patagonic land located between the Atlantic and Pacific oceans, between snowed peaks, rugged slopes and fertile valleys, dampened by the defrosting.
Copahue, that in mapuche language means, "place that smells like sulphur", it is located at the bottom of the volcano that has its same name (2.953mts.), 19kms from Caviahue, by a debris path, in a really good state. In this volcanic region, the springs of Copahue are closed in a gigantic amphitheatre formed by mountain slopes, with exit towards the east.

Mapa You will be able to accede from Neuquén Capital by the national paved routes Number 22, going along the square Huincul, Cutral-Co, and Zapala, and by the Provincial routes Number 21 and 26 going along Las Lajas and Loncopue and after having travelled 360Kms. you will arrive to Caviahue. You will have to continue for 19 Km. more by the Provincial Route Number 26, towards northwest. Copahue is surrounded by hills, and with the presence of bubbling fumarolas (steam fissures) will offer you the stirring sensation of stepping and feeling the truest deep igneous Earth forces, remaining unforgettable in your memories.
