| It's located at Copahue, whose springs are recognized world wide because of the therapeutics, anti-stress and cosmetics goodness of its water, mud and vapours. The fame of this springs also called "Baños de Copahue", (Copahue Baths), is international and every year receives new groups of people attracted by the treatments with waters, vapours, seaweeds, massages and kinesiology. Besides they offer a wide range of waters to drink that contains depurative, digestive and kinesiology. The baths are taken in a real modern centre called Balneoterapia (spa therapy) under the permanent supervision of doctors, specialized nurses and lifeguards. There are also thermal springs facilities outdoors like "Laguna del Chancho" (lagoon of the pig) that has volcanic ash in its bed and the "Laguna Verde" (Green Lagoon) that owes its name to the micro-seaweed that it has in suspension and that is the real spa of Copahue. There are multiple activities that can be done at Copahue in plan of relaxing, health, detoxifying and beauty. In addition to the springs there are long walks to the Maquinitas, to the (Little Machines), to the Pozo de Geotermia (well of geothermal) to the milestone with Chile or to the Piedra Energética (Energetic stone) since Copahue has the millenarian tradition of being a centre of vital energy. For more trained people it is the ascent to the crater of the Copahue volcano, either walking or on horseback. The lovers of the fishing will find paradises where to practise Fly-Casting in the lakes and lagoons nearby Copahue. |
